What kind of materials do you use?
We use the highest quality materials available!! Please read each item’s individual description to know what that item is made of. We use maple plywood for a unique look on the wood keychains. We also use a lot of stainless steel for a variety of materials. Stainless steel will not rust or tarnish and is even hypoallergenic!
I have an idea for a design, but I don’t see it offered in your products. What do I do?
We LOVE custom orders!!! If you have a pretty inappropriate phrase that you would like to see designed for you, please go to custom orders and choose what item type you want to create custom (token, necklace, etc) . You’ll be asked to enter text regarding the customization. A member of our team will be in touch with you within 1 business day. We will show you a mock up of your new design to approve. Thank you~
What if I am not happy with my order or ordering experience? What do I do?
If for ANY reason you are not completely satisfied with your experience, please email our Pleasure Promise Team. I want to ship a gift directly to my friend, can I include a gift message in the box so they know it is from me?
YES! At checkout, there is a check box to select “Ship to a Different Address” if your order is going directly to the recipient. Below that is a box “notes” where you can you can write a short note that we will include inside the box.
I want to include a greeting card in my gift, but I am having it shipped directly to my friend. Can you add my friend’s name to the card and sign my name at the bottom?
YES! When you order the greeting card, you can choose if you would like it filled out by our team at Pretty Inappropriate. We are happy to do that for you! Please just write in the text box when you add it to cart what you would like written on the greeting card. Thank you!
How long does it take to ship my order?
We ship everything same or next business day!! We pride ourselves in bringing you great fun quality products as quickly as possible! Be sure to check out our variety of shipping options to be sure your gift arrives in plenty of time!
What shipping method do you use?
We ship everything through United States Postal Service (USPS). We use standard shipping which takes between 2-5 business days. You can choose to upgrade shipping to Priority, which is 1-3 business days. Or upgrade further to express which is just 1-2 business days! Please be sure to choose the correct shipping method at checkout to ensure your item arrives in plenty of time!
What will my package look like when it arrives?
Every purchase that includes a gift box here at Pretty Inappropriate is sent in a plain black bubble mailer! Orders with greeting cards only will be mailed in a rigid white mailer to ensure quality of cards on arrival. So when it arrives you know you are going to be in for some fun!! Inside the black bubble mailer you will find a little black box with our logo on top! The box is wrapped in purple ribbon with your item inside! Ready to give as a gift!!! No extra gift wrapping required!!
What do I do if an item is lost in the mail?
All of our items are trackable through United States Postal Service. On occasion an item may be delayed a few days during shipment. Please check the tracking number you have been provided in your email to follow your package. If your item is lost and has not arrived, please reach out to our Pleasure Promise Team and we will get another sent out to you ASAP. Thank you!
